Large-Scale Brand Activation Event
A La Carte Events & Catering has worked with Legacy Marketing Partners several times to host the Jameson Bartenders' Ball in Houston. After outgrowing the original location, Heights Theater, with 150 guests, we moved to Silver Street Studios and grew the event to 1,500 guests.
Our part included custom food pairings, site scouting, sourcing security, rentals and specialty rentals, A/V and staging, branded disposables, all mixers and thousands of pounds of ice. Of course, we also provided TABC-certified bartenders, servers and staff to help before, during and after the event.
